Selective distribution is the way to be able to sell your products in selected points of sale that adapt to the needs of your brand, with a special focus on the exclusivity and reputation of your products, all advised at the point of sale by specialized professionals and with special training in order to give the best possible customer service.
How do we do it?
First of all, not all of our products are offered to our customers, thanks to our unique integrated system we can select which brands and products our customers have access to.
Once we have the products in our system, only premium customers with dedicated stores will have access to request authorization in our system under the supervision of the sales representative assigned to their account.
Our sales representatives will be in charge of evaluating both the suitability of the establishment, as well as the advice and professionalism of the salespeople at the point of sale, following strict quality standards, always updated by the brand.

How do we ensure that the product does not end up in another market?
Thanks to our system and its traceability tools, we can track your product from the moment it arrives at our warehouse to the point of sale, whether it is a perfumery, Concept Store or Pop Up Store.
What happens if my product appears in an unauthorized market?
At Ragatex we work under the S.T.R.I.K.E. methodology.
- If we identify any irregularities or have suspicions that a customer may be engaging in unauthorized distribution, we begin by tracking all products served to that customer.
- We verify the traceability of products offered outside authorized points of sale and carry out periodic reviews of the market to verify if the suspicion is based on true facts.
- Once we confirm that the products are not being sold through the authorized points of sale, nor following the guidelines established for their sale, we inform the customer of what has been identified, warning of the possible repercussions that may occur.
- After this first informative action, we carry out an even more exhaustive follow-up on the customer or the customer's point of sale, seeking to carry out corrective measures and avoid taking more drastic measures.
- If the point of sale or customer does not take the suggested measures, a second notification will be made to apply the corrections. If this second notification does not meet the objective, a third notification will be made and drastic measures will be applied.
These drastic measures involve cutting off any kind of relationship with the point of sale, blocking pending orders to be served, recovering the merchandise shipped and forfeiting any benefits granted to the customer. We refer to these measures as the Kill Everything policy.
